Music Cue Sheets
A Music Cue Sheet is a reporting form which logs the usage of music within various types of Productions, Stage Shows, Audio Visual Presentations, Web Casts, Radio and Television broadcasts.
Based on music cue sheet information, publishers, artists, composers and musicians are paid royalties for the use of their musical works in these various productions.
In the past, this was a manual process, whereby a production secretary, or the like, would have to write the relevant information on the physical piece of paper. Some use spreadsheets. Others use Word documents.
Enter RECUE. The RECUE service is a web based music cue sheet generator which employs various time saving methods and workflows to facilitate the accurate and speedy completion of music cue sheets. In some cases, a large part of the process is completely automated saving time and money in the studio.
Spreadsheets are archaic and get lost. Keep your music cue sheets neatly organised in RECUE and available at the touch of a button. RECUE will deliver submitted cue sheets to all the interested parties instantly.
Final Control Sheets
A Final Control sheet is a log containing metadata about the broadcast information of a media asset. These documents are typically used by broadcasters as a means to know what segmentation appears in a particular program. Segment descriptions are usually also added for visual identification during the quality control process. It also contains technical specifications about the video and audio streams contained in the media asset. Often it will also contain other relevant information which is useful when archiving the media asset.
Other information like contacts and a show synopsis could also be provided on these forms.

If you are a Broadcaster, Production Company or Royalty Collecting Society and require a custom workflow or interface, please contact us. We can develop various workflows to support your needs.
Pricing
This varies based on the services utilised and required level of workflow development.
If you only need to generate documents, the costs are calculated per document. Typically this would work out to about $1(USD) per document credit, allowing for 3 re-submissions per document. So you are not penalised when you need to correct mistakes. Entering an Edited state will require a re-submission. Once you exceed the 3 re-submission limit you will require another credit in order to unlock the document for editing.
Credits do not expire. And documents do not expire. If you do not use your credits today, use it next week or next year. There is no expiry of credits or documents.
If you are a Broadcaster, Production Company or Royalty Collecting Society and require a custom workflow or interface, please contact us for more information.
